Shipping policy

 

We only deliver to certain suburbs. You must be within our delivery range to receive a delivery (please check our delivery suburbs before placing an order). All orders are delivered on a Tuesday between 9am - 4pm. Please note that in certain circumstances, deliveries may run later due to unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, staff sickness) but we will do our best to keep in touch if your delivery is running late. 

All meals are delivered in a cardboard box, with an insulated thermal liner and a gel ice pack. This delivery will be left at your front door with a text message to notify you it is there. All orders automatically require an authority to leave. It is your responsibility to freeze your meals within 3 hours of it arriving at your doorstep to ensure they remain frozen. 

The Baby Days does not take responsibility for wrong addresses given, lost deliveries, stolen deliveries or damages to a delivery once they have been left at the front door.
