Pasta bake is always a must have postpartum as it provides much needed comfort as well as packed full of nourishment. This vegan dish has a creamy, flavourful texture, delivering a cheesy, satisfying taste without the dairy for our dairy free mummas. It is topped with a delicious crunchy sourdough and kale mix. Such a great combo we know you will love!

All our meals & snacks are made fresh and snap frozen to retain freshness. They are delivered to your door frozen in a cooler box.

This dish is high in plant-based protein, fibre, healthy fats, and essential vitamins and minerals for overall health and well-being. Broccoli, kale, leeks, and peas are rich vitamins A, C, and K, supporting immunity, digestion, and bone health. Cashews and butter beans offer protein and healthy fats, promoting muscle repair and sustained energy. Spelt pasta provides complex carbohydrates and fibre for better digestion and steady energy release. Nutritional yeast adds a cheesy flavor along with B vitamins, including B12, which supports energy production and brain function.

1. ORDER ONLINE

Place your order via our website. Be sure to get your orders in by Friday evening for delivery the following Tuesday. Please note, we are currently very busy and have been reaching capacity in advance and having to close orders early! We recommend placing your order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Alternatively you can preorder for a future week.

2. WE GET COOKING

All our meals and snacks are cooked from scratch by our team of cooks (most of whom are fellow mums!) and snap frozen to retain freshness. We now also offer a range of serving sizes, so you can choose what works best for you and your families individual needs.

3. WE DELIVER TO YOUR DOOR

All orders are delivered on a Tuesday between 10am-4pm to your front door. We don't like to knock and wake sleeping babies (or mamas!), but you will receive a text when your delivery has arrived. Our meals will be delivered frozen, in a cardboard box, with an ice pack and thermal insulated carton liner.

We use seasonal, local & organic ingredients where possible.

All our meal packaging is either recyclable or compostable. We will be continually evaluating how we operate to see if we can do better.
