These granola bars really couldn't be more nourishing! Packed full of a delicious combination of seeds and nuts, which are naturally high in healthy fats - essential for a mums diet, particularly when breastfeeding - combined with peanut butter, goji berries, dark choc chunks, and a little honey for a natural sweetness. These bars will help stabilise mood, energy and will get those high nutrient needs in the postpartum met. 

Our nourishing granola bars come in a compostable, Biopak container. Each pack containers 6 pieces of granola bar.

All our meals and snacks are made fresh and snap frozen to retain freshness. They will be delivered frozen, in a cardboard box, with an ice pack and thermal insulated carton liner.

These granola bars are a powerhouse of nutrients, providing sustained energy, healthy fats, protein, and essential vitamins and minerals. Peanut butter offers plant-based protein and heart-healthy monounsaturated fats, while rolled oats supply fiber for digestion and long-lasting energy. Honey acts as a natural sweetener with antibacterial properties, and dark chocolate provides antioxidants, magnesium, and mood-boosting compounds. Coconut oil adds healthy MCTs for brain function and metabolism support. Buckwheat groats and chia seeds contribute fibre, protein, and essential amino acids for sustained satiety. 1. ORDER ONLINE

Place your order via our website. Be sure to get your orders in by Friday evening for delivery the following Tuesday. Please note, we are currently very busy and have been reaching capacity in advance and having to close orders early! We recommend placing your order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Alternatively you can preorder for a future week.

2. WE GET COOKING

All our meals and snacks are cooked from scratch by our team of cooks (most of whom are fellow mums!) and snap frozen to retain freshness. We now also offer a range of serving sizes, so you can choose what works best for you and your families individual needs.

3. WE DELIVER TO YOUR DOOR

All orders are delivered on a Tuesday between 10am-4pm to your front door. We don't like to knock and wake sleeping babies (or mamas!), but you will receive a text when your delivery has arrived. Our meals will be delivered frozen, in a cardboard box, with an ice pack and thermal insulated carton liner.

We use seasonal, local & organic ingredients where possible.

All our meal packaging is either recyclable or compostable. We will be continually evaluating how we operate to see if we can do better.
